Our clients are currently seeking an air conditioning manager to work on a National basis covering all of their air conditioning and refrigeration work.
Duties of the role will encompass:
Business development for new contracts within the air conditioning and refrigeration markets.
Recruitment of all air conditioning and refrigeration engineers required for new and existing contracts
Client meetings
All KPIs for contracts running and staff appraisals for all engineers and support staff within the division
Tendering for new business and re tendering for existing contracts
Technical point of reference for all engineers, supervisors and managers reporting in.
Internal meetings with direct line managers reporting to.
Full P & L budget control for all air conditioning and refrigeration works.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a senior manager and will have a background in air conditioning engineering or HVAC services.
The successful applicant will also have a sound knowledge of business development and will be proficient in tendering and tender negotiations.
